PRICING & SHIPPING
All prices shown are excluding shipping. Your shipment cost is calculated by weight upon checkout. We add a small handling fee to cover the material cost.
PRINTS
These are printed by hand in my studio after an order has been placed. Production times may vary depending on my other work. Delivery time is between 1-3 weeks. I always make sure to send items as quickly as possible.
All prints are printed on Hahnemüle Matte FineArt Photo Rag paper, 188gsm, with a 2cm wide border. They are shipped rolled up, wrapped in paper, and in a box for maximum protection during transit.
All prints are showcased with a digital mockup to help give a sense of the product in a setting. These do not represent the final product or precise size.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days after you’ve received your item. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging and condition it arrived in. Prints need to be unopened as they are very sensitive. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the shop is at fault. If so, see below:
Damaged item
If you receive a damaged or defective item, let us know so we can investigate further and hopefully offer you a replacement or refund.
Please follow these criteria:
- Provide us with your order number.
- Provide us with your tracking number.
- Attach a photo of the damaged product.
- Attach a photo of the damaged packaging.
